Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Chatham Bookstore. Please contact us with any questions. 

  • Orders are shipped once all items are available. It can take days or weeks for some items to arrive at our facility.
  • Please note shipping availability on each product page.
  • Orders sent via Standard Shipping are not insured and may not be trackable.
  • If our site is experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days; please allow a few additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery time may vary depending on the availability of the product and the location to which it is being sent.

  • Shipping cost is based on the address the items and are sent to, the size, and weight of the items;
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Please note that if you select items with different publication dates that ship separately, it will affect the shipping costs.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages:

  • The Chatham Bookstore is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. 
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

  • We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
